Job summary

HarperSmith is partnering with a progressive engineering consultancy with offices in Auckland and Christchurch, seeking an intermediate engineer to join their high-performing team. You will grow to manage your own projects and collaborate with a strong technical management group.

Candidates should have a NZ-trained BE and at least 3 years of NZ consulting experience, with design skills across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering - NZ-trained with BE from Auckland or Canterbury University
• 3 years plus NZ consulting experience in a similar role
• Technical design skills across residential and commercial projects

This progressive and innovative engineering consulting company with offices based in Auckland and Christchurch are seeking an intermediate engineer to join their high-performing team. The company is known as one of the best to work for in terms of employee welfare and team culture. They are a company with a very low turnover of staff due to their environment and technical expertise.

You will be coming in with the ability to progress to managing your own projects. Therefore, we need the all-round engineer that has the technical ability but also the communication skills to deal with clients. The projects vary in size but the company concentrates on winning apartment blocks and offices up to 6 story's. They also have an involvement in high-end complex residential projects. You will have the support of a strong technical management team and also work alongside some of the best engineers in Auckland.
