Job summary

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities seeks a Strategic Relationships Manager to shape external partnerships and government alignment. You will design engagement frameworks, governance pathways and intelligence networks that support investment decisions and portfolio priorities.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Portfolio and CIO, you will influence senior executives across government and the technology sector to deliver long-term value and alignment with GCDO priorities and Treasury

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building strategic relationships across government, technology vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Advising executives on strategic technology partnerships and external engagement.
• Strong networks across the New Zealand government technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Shape and strengthen external partnerships and government alignment.

• Monitor policy, regulatory developments and market trends to inform decisions.
