Job summary

Kāinga Ora is seeking an experienced Strategy and Planning Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Technology Strategy and help guide critical technology investment decisions across the organisation.

In this senior role within the Digital IT Strategy and Portfolio team, you will translate priorities into a joined-up Technology Strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning investments with government direction and value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology strategy, planning or leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experience within the public sector environment is valued.
• Translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and governance.
• Strong financial modelling and investment planning skills.
