Job summary

Partly is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and run large-scale distributed systems. You will ensure reliability, uptime, and performance of our Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure, collaborating with developers and data engineers.

This role offers autonomy, leadership, and opportunities to shape our SRE practices, with focus on IaC (Terraform, ArgoCD), cost optimization, and production readiness. We welcome applicants from global startups and provide relocation support.

Qualifications

Proficient in building and maintaining large software systems.
Strong CS fundamentals across data structures, concurrency, APIs, design patterns.
Experience with modern SRE practices, containerization, IaC, and CI/CD.
Hands-on leadership and ownership of critical systems and delivery.

Responsibilities

Ensure stability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure and services.
Cost-optimise cloud and on-prem resources while maintaining reliability.
Collaborate with developers and leadership to plan infrastructure needs and improvements.
Drive production readiness and end-to-end deployment improvements.
Participate in incident response and debugging to support engineers.
