Job summary

Siena is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of the customer lifecycle—from pre-sales demos to post-sales integrations. You will build and maintain the demo environment used by the GTM team and stay engaged in accounts after closing, developing workflows and integrations with engineers, product, and deployment.

You will lead live discovery, map client stacks, and advise on feasible solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solutions or Sales Engineer (pre-sales) in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and authentication; comfortable in Postman.
• Knowledge of the ecommerce CX stack (Shopify, helpdesks such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, Dixa).
• Able to write tight SOWs and RFP responses; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the demo environment and asset library used by the GTM team.
• Run demos based on the prospect's real data across Support, Shopping, Social, Reviews, and Voice agents and Siena Intelligence.
• Lead live technical discovery and map the prospect's stack; propose solutions when needed.
• Own multi-week POC and trial programs end-to-end with a handoff to Deployment.
• Scope integrations across the ecommerce CX stack and decide native vs. custom solutions.
• Collaborate with field deployment managers to scope new integrations and workflows.
• Draft, scope, and price Statements of Work backed by a technical ROI case.
• Triage issues, file well-scoped tickets, and feed product gaps into roadmaps.
