Job summary

Komodo Monitr Ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Christchurch, NZ to evolve the technical integrity of the Komodo platform. You will translate product intent into robust software, anticipate downstream impacts, manage technical debt, and contribute across the full stack.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, influence architecture, and raise delivery confidence through strong testing and reviews. Collaboration with product and success teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience building and scaling web applications.
Use of AI to automate routine tasks and enable strategic work.
Experience architecting systems for a global user base.
Track record taking ownership from concept to production.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation of product initiatives from design to deployment.
Contribute to architecture and design decisions balancing customer value and maintainability.
Improve testing, deployment workflows, and code review standards.
