Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Modernise Contact Centre squad. You will develop and maintain contact centre platform solutions, build integrations via APIs and middleware, and apply CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices to deliver reliable customer-focused technology.

You'll mentor engineers, support production systems and drive continuous improvement while working across engineering disciplines to modernise our platforms for frontline teams

Qualifications

• Strong engineering experience and ownership, collaborative mindset.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
• Contact centre domain knowledge.
