Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Modernise Contact Centre squad and support our critical contact centre platforms. You will work across software development, integration, automation, production support and platform modernisation, helping deliver reliable technology for customers and frontline teams.

You will develop and maintain contact centre platform solutions, build and support integrations using APIs and middleware, apply CI/CD, automation and DevOps

Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
Knowledge of contact centre domain and processes.
Experience with APIs, middleware, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
Strong problem-solving, communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain contact centre platform solutions.
Build and support integrations using APIs and middleware.
Apply CI/CD, automation, testing and DevOps practices.
Support production systems and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and contribute to strong engineering practices.
