Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver community-facing activities, including workshops, presentations, information sessions, forums and online engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ethnic communities, leaders, organisations and other stakeholders.
• Contribute across team priorities and emerging work to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop practical engagement approaches that strengthen awareness, capability and resilience.
• Represent the Ministry in diverse settings, communicating complex issues clearly and confidently.
