Job summary

• Proven experience designing end-to-end public sector or highly regulated services.
• Deep knowledge of human-centered design, research, personas, journey maps and service blueprints.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Workshop planning and facilitation with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Create service blueprints and journey maps to identify automation opportunities.
• Prototype and test digital products before the full build.
• Contribute to national data and design standards for consistent UX.
