Qualifications

Proven experience in service design and operating model design.
Strong experience leading research, analysis and insight generation.
Ability to translate evidence into actionable recommendations.
Expertise creating service design artefacts such as blueprints, journeys, maps, wireframes and prototypes.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
