Job summary

Fisher Paykel Healthcare is hiring Security Guards for permanent full‑time roles across Auckland CBD and surrounding areas. Expect 30 hours minimum per week with 8–12 hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

You will patrol, monitor access, deter threats and respond to emergencies with professional customer service. Applicants must have COA from PSPLA, 2 years security experience, a NZ driver’s license, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Formal COA from PSPLA is required.
• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Current NZ driver’s license and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises and loading docks.
• Monitor and control access points and maintain visitor logs.
• Provide visible security presence to deter incidents.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage difficult situations professionally.
• Maintain crowd control during events and busy periods.
• Complete incident reports and daily logs.
