Job summary

Diocesan School for Girls in Auckland's Epsom invites a Teacher Aide / Support Teacher to join the Learning Support Faculty (Wairoa). You will support neurodiverse students in years 7–13 across all subjects, building positive relationships and adapting to a wide range of learning needs.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role, from Term 1, 2027, with 32.5 hours weekly. The successful candidate does not need a teaching qualification.

Mō te tūranga: About the role

• Work within the Learning Support Faculty (Wairoa), supporting neurodiverse students in years 7-13 across all curriculum areas
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students, adapting your approach flexibly to meet a wide range of learning needs
• This is a 12-month fixed-term position, starting at the beginning of Term 1, 2027
• Your ordinary hours of work are 32.5 hours per week, to be carried out between the hours of 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, school term only
