Job summary

New Zealand School Property Agency seeks a Property Partner in Auckland to lead senior relationships with schools, aligning property needs with strategic investment and delivery.

You will coordinate maintenance, renewal, upgrades, and capital works programmes while managing risks, funding, and stakeholder communications to deliver safe, functional, future-ready learning environments for students and communities across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, infrastructure, construction, asset management, or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the relationship and coordinated property response for assigned schools.
• Build trusted partnerships with school leaders and understand their priorities and long-term property needs.
• Maintain an integrated view across maintenance, renewal, upgrade and capital works programmes, coordinating stakeholders.
• Provide clear and timely information on projects, risks, funding and investment opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance experience and outcomes for schools.
