Job summary

Accenture in New Zealand is seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect with over 15 years of hands-on SAP experience, including more than 5 years in a lead architect role. You will be a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA, shaping high-impact solutions and leading end-to-end solutioning across the SAP stack, while collaborating with global delivery teams.

You will use strong influencing and advisory skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive business value through modern tooling and AI,

Qualifications

15+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead architect role.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full lifecycle implementations.
Proven success in designing and delivering complex client solutions.
Strong storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and leveraging AI.

Responsibilities

Lead and architect end-to-end SAP solutions with focus on S/4HANA.
Design architecture, cost models, and staffing strategies.
Drive solutioning for complex proposals and bids with clear value messaging.
Facilitate transitions from design to mobilization and stabilization.
Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure quality and successful delivery.
Innovate using emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve delivery.
Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the SAP community.
