Job summary

Accenture PLC in Wellington, New Zealand, seeks a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale finance transformations and shape innovative SAP solutions for major organisations.

As a Senior Manager, you will architect end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, lead complex pursuits and transformation initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP consulting and transformation experience.
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Architecture Lead.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, MA, R2R).
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience shaping solutions for major pursuits, bids and business development.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, leading complex pursuits and transformation initiatives, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations.
• Design scalable, business-focused SAP solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
• Shape complex proposals, solution approaches, staffing models, and delivery strategies.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Guide clients through solution design, mobilization, implementation, and stabilization phases.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure quality and successful execution.
• Drive innovation through SAP's latest capabilities, automation, AI, and intelligent enterprise solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years SAP consulting and implementation or transformation experience.
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Architecture Lead.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Management Accounting, Record-to-Report, and Financial Planning processes.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience shaping solutions for major pursuits, bids, and business development opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification highly regarded.
