Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems Manager to lead the delivery of SAP PS and CO across complex transformation programs in New Zealand. You will partner with stakeholders, project teams and architects to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that improve project visibility and financial control.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, mentor consultants, and help grow the SAP practice while ensuring governance and risk management. NZ locations welcomed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Controlling (CO).
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• SAP certifications will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP PS and CO solutions across transformation programs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design integrated SAP solutions for project costing, budgeting and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions; mentor SAP consultants and project staff.
• Identify process improvements by leveraging S/4HANA capabilities and industry best practices.
• Support governance, risk management, and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and SAP capability development.
