Job summary

Launch Group is seeking an SAP Logistics Lead to drive transformation in large enterprise supply chain and logistics initiatives. You will work with stakeholders, technology teams and partners to shape and deliver business-critical SAP solutions.

You will bring extensive SAP logistics experience, especially MM, SD and TM, and S/4HANA exposure, leading transformation and optimising end-to-end processes across logistics, warehousing and transportation. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP supply chain solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD and TM; exposure to multiple modules preferred.
• Proven leadership in transformation, implementation or optimisation.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain, logistics and warehousing processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-enabled logistics and supply chain initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and define solution outcomes.
• Provide functional leadership across logistics, transportation, warehousing and supply chain processes.
• Support solution design and optimisation across SAP MM/SD/TM.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimise business processes.
• Support testing, deployment, change management and business adoption activities.
