Job summary

Adapt IQ NZ Ltd in Wellington is seeking a Salesforce/Informatica/Appian Technical Consultant to analyse requirements, design scalable solutions and develop Salesforce applications. You will integrate enterprise platforms and support secure, cloud-based deployments across client projects.

The role involves collaboration with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Project Managers throughout the software lifecycle, with hybrid work and certification support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Level 7+) in CS/IT or 5+ years enterprise software experience.
• At least 3 years commercial Salesforce/Informatica/Appian implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform architecture.
• Experience developing Apex Classes/Triggers and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow automation and integrations.
• Experience with relational databases and data modelling.
• Git-based version control knowledge and secure coding practices.
• Experience in enterprise software implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design Salesforce architecture with Solution Architects.
• Develop Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
• Configure Salesforce products and Industry Clouds.
• Design security architecture: Profiles, Permissions, Sharing Rules.
• Create Flows, approvals, validation rules, and automation.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Azure Services.
• Support data migration, cleansing and MDMs.
• Prepare technical specs and deployment docs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure secure coding standards.
