Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of IT experience and 5+ years in solution architecture, focusing on Salesforce and related platforms.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for Communications Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Define scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions for telecom clients.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
- Architect integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware platforms.
- Lead solution workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Mentor technical teams and oversee delivery quality.
- Support strategic roadmap planning and platform modernization initiatives.
