Go Fractional is seeking a Senior Risk Management Specialist on a fixed-term contract in Auckland, NZ. You will strengthen risk practices, advise leaders, and guide decision-making through robust governance and risk insights.

You will lead risk and control framework implementations, foster a strong risk culture, and partner with diverse teams to drive continuous improvement and resilient, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying risk management frameworks, controls and governance in complex environments.
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate risk insights into practical recommendations.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with senior leaders to drive risk outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with high-quality reporting, assurance and audit activities.
• Experience within financial services risk management and understanding of insurance operations and risk exposures.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and oversight of risk and control frameworks aligned with Group standards.
• Strengthen risk culture by building awareness, accountability and confidence across the division.
• Deliver timely risk reporting and insights for governance and decision-making.
• Guide assurance and compliance activities to maintain effective controls and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and incidents to identify risks and improve outcomes.
