Job summary

Agile Networks 2025 Limited in Auckland, North Island seeks a Senior Radio & Network Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on RF design and IP networking skills. You will own design, quoting, delivery, commissioning and support for radio and IP network solutions.

The role requires direct engagement with customers and vendors, building accurate quotes and supporting tenders and RFPs from day one. A practical, commercially viable design approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on radio and IP network design experience.
• Ability to design, validate, and optimise radio links using Pathloss.
• Experience producing technical quotes and customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Design licensed microwave and carrier-grade radio links; perform link budgets and blockage analysis.
• Design IP/Ethernet networks to support RF and critical infrastructure environments; assist with integration and commissioning.
• Produce BOMs and commercial proposals; support tenders, RFPs, and vendor pricing.
