Repco in Hamilton is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure an outstanding in-store experience for every customer. You will guide product selections, upsell where suitable, and handle till transactions with accuracy. The role includes opening/closing the store and running Sunday shifts.

Strong customer service skills and prior retail exposure are highly valued. Training and development are provided, along with team discounts and a positive, collaborative work culture.

This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Sunday. Duties include:Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customersProvide genuine service & create moments that matter with customersUse your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performanceMaintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standardsProcess stock; receive, dispatch & storeBe an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture.Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbingSkills & ExperienceThis is a very customer focused position, so you'll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert, ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience. Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest in automotive is a plus. But if customer service is your passion and where you thrive, we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers.
