Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Site Supervisor to lead the site supervision team for civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with design specs and quality standards.

You will oversee major building construction, coordinate with QP(S) and other stakeholders, and plan manpower while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES and ACES.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil/structural experience, with 8+ years on similar scale.
• Proven major building construction, structural steel, and drainage project experience.
• Strong leadership experience in managing site supervision teams.
• Proficient in contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements, QA/QC, and site supervision practices.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manpower deployment and shift rosters in accordance with project requirements and statutory regulations.
• Administer contracts in accordance with the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, project safety requirements, and airport operational procedures.
• Prepare and review site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and construction documentation.

• Strong leadership experience in managing site supervision teams.
• Proficient in contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and site supervision practices.
