Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a senior Civil & Structural Project Manager to lead the supervision team and deliver complex projects in line with contractual and safety standards.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive quality and performance on-site.

The role requires a PE Board-recognized degree and 20 years of relevant experience, including 15 years on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Minimum 20 years of relevant Civil & Structural engineering experience, including at least 15 years on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Extensive experience in major construction projects involving buildings, structural steel works, and drainage works.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with the current Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil & Structural supervision team for project delivery.
• Provide direction to achieve objectives per Superintending Officer and consultants.
• Oversee construction works involving buildings, steel, and drainage.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety, quality, and contracts.
• Administer contracts under PSSCOC.
• Manage QSS manpower deployment per project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure welfare and effective utilization of site supervision staff.
