Job summary

CHT Beachhaven is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to lead clinical care at Beachhaven, Auckland. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, plan and delegate nursing care, and ensure documentation is meticulous to track health changes with residents.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor health changes.
• Review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness; build strong relationships with residents, families, whānau, and allied health professionals.
• Support, mentor, and guide the care team.
