Job summary

CHT Care Homes in New Zealand is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centred care within 21 homes across the North Island. You will complete assessments, plan and delegate nursing care, and maintain documentation to monitor health changes while building strong whānau relationships.

The role requires leading and mentoring care staff, a compassionate approach, and proficiency with standard IT and clinical systems.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate.
• Compassion and a passion for caring for older people.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Confidence in leading and supporting care staff.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous learning.
• Comfort using standard IT and clinical systems.

Responsibilities
