Job summary

Silverwood Architects in Masterton seeks an experienced Registered Architect or Architectural Graduate to join our team full-time. Our medium-sized, community-focused practice works on residential, commercial, industrial, medical, education and community projects across the Wairarapa and Wellington regions.

The successful candidate will lead projects from concept to construction, with strong technical and documentation skills, proficiency in Revit, and a solid understanding of the NZ Building

Qualifications

• Creative and innovative design skills and a passion for great architecture.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lead projects through all phases from concept design to construction.
• Strong technical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• At least five years’ experience in New Zealand architecture.
