Job summary

Kirimana is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team. You’ll own an established portfolio while growing your client and candidate network across construction, trades and engineering in New Zealand.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and deliver results. We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, support and professional development in a locally owned business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ recruitment or equivalent sales background.
• Strong sales processes understanding and a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or trade qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and referrals; maintain a strong pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job briefs, shortlisting, interviewing, offers and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; act as primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and create tailored recruitment solutions.
• Attend industry events and proactively network to grow business and candidate reach.
• Report on sales pipeline health and forecast revenue; meet agreed KPIs.
• Lead by example on health & safety and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
