Job summary

Kirimana is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team and take ownership of an established portfolio while growing your client and candidate networks. Our core focus is construction, trades and engineering across New Zealand, with a commercial, relationship-driven approach to recruitment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build client relationships, source candidates and hit targets through proactive sales and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ recruitment experience preferred
• Strong network-building and market understanding
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment process

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of clients, candidates and contractors
• Develop new business through calls, meetings, networking and relationships
• Recruit across temporary, contract and permanent positions
• Build knowledge of clients, industries, projects and candidate market
• Take ownership of performance, revenue, activity and service quality
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: briefs, shortlisting, interviewing, offers and onboarding support
• Identify upsell opportunities and create tailored recruitment solutions
