Job summary

The Masonic Villages Trust seeks an experienced General Manager, Property & Asset Management to drive the strategic direction, development and long-term performance of its property portfolio across various sites. Qualifications

• Experience leading a broad property, asset, infrastructure or development portfolio.
• Experience in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Delivery of capital developments from feasibility to handover (consenting, procurement, construction, commissioning).
• Advising executives and governance boards on property strategy, investment, asset performance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the property and asset management strategy.
• Connect capital priorities with resident outcomes and financial sustainability.
• Lead major capital projects from feasibility to occupation.
• Prepare robust business cases, cash-flow projections and development forecasts.
• Establish and improve an integrated asset management framework.
• Develop lifecycle replacement plans and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Improve asset information quality and governance reporting.
• Provide clear advice to Chief Executive and governance boards.
• Monitor project scope, budget, quality and benefits.
• Lead consultant and contractor relationships and contract management.
