Wolfbrook Property Group in Queenstown is seeking a Senior Consultant for Property Acquisition to convert inbound inquiries and referrals into signed deals. You will be the closer, using experience to read prospects, handle objections, and land the deal without scripts.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales, business development or closing-focused roles.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial judgement and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication with decision-makers.
Self-motivated with a results-first mindset.
Full NZ driver's licence.

Responsibilities

Owning the final stage of the sales process—from qualified opportunity to signed agreement.
Present Wolfbrook's value proposition to prospects and decision-makers.
Handle objections and negotiate terms to secure commitment.
Manage a pipeline of live opportunities through to close with minimal oversight.
Build trusted relationships with prospects, referral partners and stakeholders.
Feed back market insight and objection trends to support growth strategy.
