Job summary

Assemble, a leading nationwide construction consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead landmark vertical build projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, steering time, cost, quality and risk to deliver outstanding outcomes in Dunedin and wider Otago.

You will mentor junior team members and bring a proactive, value-driven mindset to complex projects, ensuring clear communication and robust stakeholder management across all phases

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in project management, engineering, construction or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver vertical build or commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take lead across projects from concept through procurement, construction and completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide strong project leadership and manage time, cost, quality and risk.
• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a high-performing team.
