Job summary

Cognition Evolve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.

Working with Directors, Producers, Designers, consultants, and contractors, you will oversee project performance, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery. You will also play a key role in strengthening project management practices, systems, and reporting processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, risk management and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using project management systems and reporting tools.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, delivering on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, risk management and performance reporting.
• Embed PM systems and reporting frameworks, including Zoho project management tools.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and strategic projects with proper governance.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
