Job summary

Salt is seeking a Customer Projects Specialist to own a portfolio from enquiry to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines and budgets for a seamless project lifecycle across residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

You'll collaborate with contractors, engineers, designers, and internal teams, review scopes and cost estimates, and maintain documentation while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing projects in a technical environment.
• An electrical, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or construction background.
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.

About the Role

As a Customer Projects Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer projects from initial enquiry through to delivery. Acting as the key point of contact, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle. Projects range from residential developments and commercial connections through to larger infrastructure projects, providing excellent variety and development opportunities.
