Job summary

Hastings District Council is delivering a significant enterprise transformation programme to modernise core systems and improve services for the community. We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead this high-profile initiative, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and working with executive leaders, stakeholders, vendors and a dedicated project team.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation programme from implementation through adoption with robust plans, governance and delivery controls.
Provide visible leadership across a diverse programme team, partners and business stakeholders.
Build relationships across Council levels to maintain alignment and momentum.
Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks and dependencies to achieve outcomes.
Support governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
Work with change, business analysis and subject matter experts to achieve technology, process and people outcomes.
Partner with vendors and implementation partners to maximise value and delivery performance.
Help ensure the organisation is prepared for, adopts and realises benefits of change.
