Senior Policy Analyst in Strategy and Policy at the New Zealand Government's Ministry of Health in Wellington leads on workforce issues tied to the Royal Commission's report. • Lead complex policy projects and deliver high-quality advice on workforce issues.
• Apply full policy development process from problem definition to evaluation.
• Draft policy papers, legislation, guidelines and briefings for government decision-making.
• Build relationships across the Ministry, health sector and government to achieve outcomes.
