Canterbury Park in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Senior Plumbing Technician to maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems across the property, including seasonal winterization and spring startup for the buildings and RV park.

The role supports HVAC maintenance, assists with purchasing and budgeting, and contributes to reliable, high-quality service while upholding the company's hospitality-focused standards. Weekend and holiday work are required as part of a dynamic entertainment venue.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma and technical training in plumbing/HVAC or 2+ years in plumbing.
• Pass Canterbury Park's pre-employment screening including background and drug testing.
• Possession of Minnesota licenses (Journeyman plumber) and MRC license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with hospitality and professionalism.
• Install new plumbing as needed throughout the year.
• Winterize up to 50 buildings and 16-unit RV Park; spring startup.
• Test chemicals in chilled water and boiler water; assist HVAC maintenance.
• Assist the Plumbing/HVAC Manager with purchasing and budgeting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
