Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) in Queenstown is seeking a Maintenance Technician (RV Technician) to join our Rentals team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. Inspect, repair, and service our RV fleet to keep guests safe and comfortable.

You will perform pre-hire checks, interior repairs, and basic mechanical work, while supporting stocktakes, vehicle deliveries and check-in/check-out. A flexible roster with 10-hour shifts, including weekends, may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance (RV) Technician or in a similar trade is valued, but not essential.
• A restricted driver’s license (minimum requirement).
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair RVs to meet high standards—keeping our rental guests safe and comfortable.
• Carry out pre-hire checks, interior and basic mechanical repairs, and ensure all vehicles are spotless and ready for adventure.
• Support the team with stocktakes, vehicle deliveries, and customer check-in/check-out.
• Assist with on-road issues and data entry, and actively participate in our Health and Safety system.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help us exceed operational goals.
