Shape leadership capability. Influence culture. Make an impact.
Are you an experienced HR practitioner looking for a role where you can truly partner with leaders, navigate complex people challenges, and contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes?
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal time, supporting leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams while helping deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, culture, and performance. The role combines strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, giving you visibility across the business and the ability to influence real change.
As a Senior People & Capability Advisor, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance across a broad range of people matters. You'll work closely with stakeholders to enhance leadership capability, manage complex employee relations issues, support organisational change, and contribute to the delivery of people initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic direction.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be coaching a leader through a challenging employment relations matter, the next partnering on workforce planning, contributing to a people project, analysing workforce trends, or helping shape improvements to people policies and practices.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thinking strategically, and delivering practical, people-centred solutions.
You're an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and has developed a reputation for providing credible, pragmatic advice.
