Qualifikationen

• At least five years of experience in a generalist P&C role.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and P&C applications.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills.

• Act as a business partner with legal and business services teams on P&C matters.
• Manage Diversity & Inclusion workplan to achieve the D&I strategy.
• Oversee engagement survey processes.
• Prepare P&C reporting and act on outcomes from reports.
