Job summary

Comspek International is seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer for a 12-month daily rate contract, starting in October, to support a large enterprise networking and communications environment in Auckland, New Zealand.

The role focuses on Level 3 design and escalation, resolving complex incidents and delivering service requests across LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless and voice platforms. An on-call roster is required and the employer promotes diverse hiring practices.

Qualifications

Strong enterprise networking experience at Level 3.
Proven troubleshooting and incident management capability.
Experience supporting complex network environments.
Exposure to Voice, UC or Contact Centre technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support and design expertise across network infrastructure.
Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
Resolve complex incidents and deliver escalated service requests.
Support LAN, WAN, routing, switching, wireless and network services.
Work with service providers and ANZ support teams to manage network and WAN-related issues.
Support Voice, Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Video platforms.
Participate in an on-call roster for critical break/fix support.
