Job summary

Comspek International is seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer for a 12-month daily rate contract, starting in October, to support a large enterprise networking and communications environment in Auckland, New Zealand.

The role focuses on Level 3 design and escalation, resolving complex incidents and delivering service requests across LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless and voice platforms. An on-call roster is required and the employer promotes diverse hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise networking experience at Level 3.
• Proven troubleshooting and incident management capability.
• Experience supporting complex network environments.
• Exposure to Voice, UC or Contact Centre technologies is highly desirable.
