Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer to join our Technology team in a senior, client-facing role. You will shape solution design, guide development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure digital solutions.

Role emphasizes API-driven solutions, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and leadership across the SDLC in an agile environment. Travel within ANZ may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as .NET Technical Lead / Senior Developer / Solution Designer.
• Strong expertise in .NET/C# development and RESTful API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Exposure to DevSecOps and modern engineering frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and emerging technologies is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET-based applications and APIs, especially for external partner integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Review and contribute to solution architecture and design decisions.
• Drive best practices in modern engineering, including DevSecOps and cloud-native development.
• Support delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
