Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an Intermediate and a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our Platform team and build foundational services, libraries, and tooling that power our product engineering squads.

This role is backend-focused, with ~100% of time on server-side tasks including cloud deployment, containerization, and performance-critical systems. You will mentor peers, uphold coding standards, security, and observability, and shape engineering practices across the organization.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and decision-making.
• Contribute to best practices for responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
