Job summary

FUREIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED in Auckland CBD seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of a new mobile B2B ordering platform and supply chain integration system. This hands‑on role requires strong technical leadership, architecture design, and delivery of enterprise mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong mobile focus (iOS).
• Proven experience in software architecture design, module ownership, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Swift/Objective‑C and familiarity with iOS frameworks.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP/WMS preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, mentoring, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile apps (iOS and cross‑platform) and backend services.
• Lead architecture design and technical implementation, ensuring scalability and security.
• Integrate platform with ERP, WMS, and third‑party APIs.
• Collaborate with management and business teams to define requirements.
• Optimize performance, user experience, and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve development efficiency.
