Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join the Surgery division in a start-up-like environment focused on proving out new opportunities in the operating theatre. You will support our surgical product portfolio and help bring new products into commercial production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable results.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Hands-on, proactive, and fast-paced environment experience.
• Apply engineering and quality system knowledge in design transfer and manufacturing.
• Balance project delivery with day-to-day manufacturing support.
• Resolve technical challenges across products, processes and operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with sterilisation processes and validation is advantageous.
