In this fast-paced, start-up–like environment, you’ll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure reliable delivery to customers while balancing regulatory and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Applies engineering expertise and quality system knowledge during design transfer and manufacturing.
• Balances project delivery with day-to-day manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Support existing surgical product portfolio and help bring new products into commercial production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable delivery to customers.
