Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience in building services, consulting, or industrial mechanical engineering.
• Proven project delivery across a range of project sizes.
• Excellent technical design and problem-solving capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CPEng status or working towards chartership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business development and future work.
• Deliver innovative, practical, and high-quality engineering solutions.
