Select Recruitment is pleased to partner with a Dunedin-based client to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This permanent, full-time role across multiple client portfolios focuses on developing marketing strategies, leading campaigns, and driving performance while advancing HubSpot usage.

You will build strong client relationships, manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a senior marketing role or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to delivery across channels.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies and digital campaigns for multiple clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic marketing advice.
• Present insights and performance outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative & Strategy Director to turn strategy into action.
• Lead development of HubSpot including automation and CRM best practices.
• Coordinate across marketing, creative and digital teams to deliver results.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering marketing strategies, leading campaigns, building strong client relationships, and driving marketing performance. You'll also play a key role in the ongoing development of HubSpot across the business.

This is a permanent full‑time, Monday to Friday, office‑based role in a central Dunedin location.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies and digital campaigns that drive measurable results
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic marketing advice
• Present insights, recommendations and performance outcomes with confidence
• Manage projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Partner with the Creative & Strategy Director to turn strategy into action
• Lead the ongoing development of HubSpot, including automation, reporting and CRM best practice
• Collaborate across marketing, creative and digital teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
• Mentor team members and stay ahead of emerging marketing, AI and technology trends

About You

You'll be a commercially minded marketer with:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing position
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Commerce or a related field
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management expertise
• Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship skills
• HubSpot or CRM experience
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities
• A collaborative, proactive and results‑focused approach
